Operations Manager, Noida
Run daily operations for our Noida launch: chefs, riders, office drops and home deliveries in one small, busy area.

Operators who have run a kitchen, cloud kitchen, QSR or delivery hub and like fixing the same problem once, properly.
What you’ll do
Own every order in the launch area: chef slots, rider routes, scheduled drops to offices and call centres, packaging stock, and the daily issue list.
Why this role matters
Offices only stay if lunch arrives at reception on time, every day. You make that true, and you build the playbook we take to the next sectors.
Responsibilities
- Plan chef slots and rider capacity against the next day's orders
- Make sure office, coworking and call-centre drops are handed over on time
- Run dry runs before launch and a daily operations review after it
- Keep chefs stocked with packaging and supplies
- Handle delivery issues, complaints and refunds with the support team
- Report on-time rate, ratings and issues every week, and fix the top ones
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in food delivery, cloud kitchen, QSR or last-mile operations
- Has managed riders or a field team
- Calm under lunchtime pressure; good with numbers and spreadsheets
- Hindi and English; based in or near Noida
- Two-wheeler preferred
