4. Orders and Payments

• Payment must be completed before order confirmation

5. Chef Responsibilities

Chefs using our platform must:

• Hold valid FSSAI registration
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Prepare orders as described
• Deliver orders on time or notify customers of delays
• Handle customer complaints professionally

6. Delivery Partners

Delivery partners must:

• Have valid driving license and vehicle registration
• Handle food with care during delivery
• Follow delivery instructions
• Maintain professional conduct
• Report any issues immediately

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Harass or abuse other users
• Post inappropriate content or reviews

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Nomio, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Nomio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nomio acts as a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by chefs. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in accordance with Indian law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
