Are internships paid?
Yes. Internships carry performance-based stipends and incentives — the more impact you drive, the more you earn. Exact numbers are shared during the process based on the role.
How long are internships, and what’s a PPO?
Internships run 1–6 months depending on the role. A PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) is a full-time role on the founding team — top-performing interns can convert directly.
Where are roles based?
Most roles are in Noida, Greater Noida, or Delhi NCR. Several are remote-friendly or field-based — each role card shows its location.
What does the application process look like?
