Nomio subscription plan — terms and conditions

By subscribing to a meal plan on Nomio, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you subscribe.

1. What you are buying

A subscription is a recurring arrangement for meals from a chef according to your selected plan (frequency, delivery days, and pricing). Nomio may automatically create orders for scheduled delivery days.

2. Payment and billing

  • You will be charged as shown at checkout for the billing period you select.
  • Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise; taxes apply as required by law.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry. Repeated failures may suspend or cancel your subscription.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice; you may cancel if you do not agree.

3. Cancellation and pause

  • You may cancel according to the options in the app. Cancellation timing may depend on your plan.
  • Refunds, if any, follow our refund policy for unused prepaid periods where applicable.
  • Pause may be available only for certain plans, as shown before you subscribe.

4. Delivery

  • You must provide an accurate delivery address within the chef's service area.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operations.
  • If delivery cannot be completed because of wrong address or your unavailability, we may not refund that delivery.

5. Food, allergies, and quality

Chefs are responsible for meal preparation. Tell us about allergies in the app; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Report quality issues promptly through support.

6. Nomio's role

Nomio operates the platform and payments. Your contract for the subscription is with Nomio as described at checkout. Chefs provide the meals.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nomio's liability is limited. We are not liable for indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. For questions, use in-app support or our website contact details. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
