Responsibilities
- Design and run city-level operations processes
- Own delivery coordination, SLAs, and escalations
- Build tooling and dashboards for reliability
- Lead and coach the operations team
Requirements
- 3–5 years in operations (ideally food/logistics/q-commerce)
- Proven at building process and leading teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Calm under daily operational pressure
