- Design packaging, portioning, and shelf-life standards
- Write hygiene and food-safety SOPs chefs can follow
- Improve consistency across kitchens
- Partner with quality and ops on rollouts
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science
- 1–4 years in food processing, QA, or R&D
- Practical knowledge of packaging and shelf life
- Clear, chef-friendly documentation skills
