Field Growth Executive, Noida
Get people who live and work in our Noida launch blocks to try Nomio, and to order again.
Who should apply
Outgoing people who are happy on the street, in office lobbies and at society gates, and who keep count of what works.
What you’ll do
Run pamphlet rounds, lobby days in coworking centres, society and RWA outreach, and birthday and event orders, and follow up so first-time customers become regulars.
Why this role matters
We are launching in a small area on purpose. If every door in the launch blocks knows Nomio in the first two weeks, the area fills fast.
Responsibilities
- Run pamphlet drops at every home, office and reception in the launch blocks
- Set up lunchtime lobby tables in coworking centres with samples and the app QR
- Reach residents through society WhatsApp groups and RWAs
- Bring in birthday, meeting and event orders from homes and offices
- Track first orders and repeat orders and report what is working each week
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years in field marketing, sales or growth; freshers with energy welcome
- Confident talking to strangers in Hindi and English
- Knows Noida well; lives in or near Sector 2 preferred
- Two-wheeler with a valid licence preferred
