Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of chefs and their success metrics
- Coach chefs on menus, pricing, packaging, and ratings
- Spot at-risk chefs and intervene early
- Feed insights back to product and operations
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, CX, or partner success
- Empathetic, data-aware, and proactive
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Food or marketplace experience is a plus
