Lead chef acquisition on the ground. Build and manage a team to identify, engage, and onboard home chefs across Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities
- Lead the field team for chef acquisition
- Develop and execute on-ground recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with local chef communities
- Track acquisition metrics and optimise conversion
- Coach and manage team performance
Requirements
- 3–5 years in field marketing, sales, or business development
- Experience managing field teams (preferred)
- Deep understanding of food industry and local markets
- Two-wheeler with valid licence; fluent Hindi and English
