Noms are Nomio's in-app reward currency. 10 Noms = ₹1 (1,000 Noms = ₹100). You earn them through referrals (and soon other engagement programs) and redeem them as a discount at checkout on any future order.
Two paths. (1) They tap your share link — the code is captured automatically and applied after signup. (2) They type it into the "Have a referral code?" field on the signup screen. Either works.
On the real event. First-order reward is credited when the referee's order is marked delivered. Subscription reward is credited when they purchase (not trial) a subscription. Tier ladder bonuses drop instantly when you cross a threshold.
No per-user cap on how many friends you can refer. We do cap per-order coin redemption at 50% of the food subtotal to keep things sustainable.
Rewards reverse if the qualifying order is cancelled or refunded. Same-device and same-IP referrals are blocked before a Referral record is even created.
Reward Noms expire 12 months after they're credited. You'll see an "expiring soon" warning 30 days before — plenty of time to redeem. Admin adjustments (for support credits) don't expire.
